Booking Mobile App

THE CHALLENGE

Minicabit were the first-ever mobile app to succeed on Dragon’s Den. However, the price comparison minicab app desperately needed a branding, UX and design overhaul to bring it in line with a number of competitors in the marketplace.

OUR SOLUTION

We analysed all the different customer journeys and then streamlined the booking process to allow a customer to get a quote almost instantly.

We completely overhauled the branding along with the iOS and Android design and look and feel, giving a much more modern, clean interface to the app and adding playful animations in line with minicabit’s brand values. We’ve since moved onto re-designing the website, email templates, marketing materials and are about to launch
an Apple Watch App.


Android launched to a 4.5 star average rating in December, and the new iOS App was highlighted by Apple in the App Store. The product and service redesign has improved conversion by a massive 40% and active users have increased by 50%. Company valuation has also significantly boosted.
